These were a commissioned design of Kakashi Hatake from the anime series "Naruto". They feature kakashi sensei using his famous Sharingan eye, and also features the signature attach... "Lighting blade/Chidori/Sound of a Thousand Birds". When worn at night the Lighting will GLOW n the Dark!
